Chomp's new training bits with calming herbs, Sniffers101, received an Editor's Choice Award from Dog Fancy magazine, deemed one of nine of Best New Products introduced in 2006 out of thousands of other products, and the only treat product selected for the award.

FMI's Top Pick for Pet Products

Food retailers attending the annual Food Marketing Institute's (FMI) Show, one of the world's largest food trade events, selected Chomp's products as the winners in the Pet Category. The Awards are a global competition recognizing the grocery industry's most dynamic and innovative new food, beverage and consumer products. Yip Yap, Sniffers and Pit'r Pat were selected for their innovation and for creating a new category in the pet products segment, pet "candy", that is merchandised as impulse items at the check-out counters in grocery, pet and mass merchandise stores.

The Success By Design Business Innovation Award is given annually to an entrepreneurial company with an innovative product. The 2001 Award went to Chomp Inc. and was presented at the annual Success By Design conference.

Chomp received a monetary award in the form of equity in recognition of the company's innovative use of design in the development of new consumer packaged goods.



Future Flyer Award - First Prize, June 30, 1999

Center for Women & Enterprise and Mellon Bank, Boston, MA

Co-Founders Sarah Speare and Lesley Lutyens were awarded first place in a First Step FastTrac Business Feasibility Competition. They had presented an early business model for what became Chomp Inc.
